By subscribing to one of our subscriptions, you agree to an initial and recurring fee at the agreed rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription(s) at any time by logging in and going to Ilnox's billing page. From there you are able to cancel your subscription(s) via Stripe. If you are unable to login to your account and thereby unable to manage your subscription(s), please send an email to [email protected].
You may update any of your subscription(s) via the billing page mentioned above. In the event that you would downgrade your subscription, your billing account will be credited for unused time.
Billing credits may be credited automatically to you due to a subscription change, promotion, or manually as a result of refunds or account balance corrections. Credits are used automatically before other configured payment methods. Credits are not exchangeable to other mediums unless explicitly stated by us.
Refunds and/or returns are generally not issued. If you have any concerns about any subscriptions, please contact us at: [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend, deny or terminate, at our sole discretion, your subscriptions with us.
This contract shall be governed by the law of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be solved by a Court in Sweden.
